We understand how burdensome and time-consuming it can be to make a place truly feel like home. Here at GRF Contractor Studio, we will do the heavy lifting for you, guiding you through your design choices, taking care of all the dirty work with our Turnkey and Project Management services, making sure that you can live and work in harmony.

Ever since our birth in the year 2000, our founder Joe Bonnici has sought to combine a passion for design and creativity with an obsession for client satisfaction. Beginning with residential interiors, the business has always been focused on providing a uniquely tailored experience to its clients. Seeing you happy makes us happy.

At GRF Contractor Studio, we have continued to adapt to our clients needs, adding commercial and office spaces to our portfolio, whilst maintaining our core vision to provide efficient, comfortable and safe work spaces.

Our Process

DISCOVERY STAGE

  • Establish and discuss the aims of the project and evaluate client’s brief.
  • Determine a budget and agree on timeframe and chief outcomes/results required.
  • Decide the level of innovation required in order to establish costs and level of work required.

QUOTATION & SCALING PHASE

  • Discuss quotations and the most suitable working teams.
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities with estimated budgets and working time frame schedule.
  • Define a team or supplier specification and have a clear idea of the qualities, scale and style of works appropriate for the project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PHASE

  • Provide client with information, progress reports and payments breakdown.
  • Manage timeframes, costing, health and safety, compliance with building regulations and quality control of work achieved.
  • Co-ordination of works and regular site visits to ascertain that the progress, the quality and the work in general is in accordance with the specifications provided with the least possible inconvenience to client and neighbours.

HANDOVER PHASE

  • Completion of all snag-list to client’s requirements.
  • Checking and verifying applications for interim and final payments.
  • Hand-over together with list of contact persons responsible for the various trades.
